No matter the subject, there is a definite sincerity and genuine quality to David's work. It may range from the simple to even "artsy" at times, but that sense of honesty comes through in every shot. The feel of the work - the tone, color, composition, etc. - shows a true purity and "innocence," if you will, that is not affected by experience or emotion, but enhanced by them. This man is a gifted photographer, and his work is beautiful, all around.

Dogsbody always has encouraging words and after looking at his photostream, I'm flattered that someone who takes such amazing and timeless pictures sees something good in the things that I do. There is a lot I can learn from studying his technique and style. Great work!

He lives in a wonderful place, has a fantastic family, goes on interesting trips - and takes excellent pictures of all those great people and places surrounding him. I like the way he takes pictures of children, capturing their moods and emotions. And, what can I say, I'm a fan of his son Nicky ;)
