I'm an ex-newspaper man who spent almost 50 years with The Scotsman (now retired).

Over the past 55 years I've explored most of Scotland - off and on - as well as the world!!

My main interest is the Bell Rock Lighthouse - www.bellrock.org.uk - the bicentennary of which will be in 2011.
