First and foremost, Grace is a purveyor and connoisseur of fine light; like an incredibly attractive sniffer dog, she will sniff out the best light, the time and the place meticulously judged in order to achieve the lovely softness which make her photos so dreamy. I don't know much about photography, but I do know that Grace's are beautiful :) She is also one of my best friends and when we are old ladies, we will live together and have 132 cats (and 450 rats).

Few photographers are capable of leaving old photographs in your head forever, but I'm proud to say Grace is certainly one of them. For the past year and a half I've been at flickr I've always watched Grace's stream and I know I'll continue to. More than once I've tried to copy different self portrait ideas (not the girly ones! haha) and general aspects of her photography onto my own and it just hasn't come out right but she gets them every time. I discovered Grace in my first few days on flickr. She is a remarkably talented young women. What caught my eye was her sense of humor, and quick wit, while her pictures paint scenes of a serious nature, you can be assured she isn't taking anything seriously beyond that. Grace never leaves one wanting with her images, her portraits are to beautiful, scenery fantastic, and when she tells a story sit down cross your legs and prepare to be entertained. She is a Doll, and a truly lovable character. In fact the only thing that has ever concerned me is her insistence that Ninjas are superior to Pirates. Despite myself I can't seem to talk sense into the poor child! ;) If she could just get over that little bit of insanity she'd be a perfect friends for my kid sister. I am please to number her among my friends. I guess the best compliment one can give is to say you look forward to seeing there next post; and with Grace that is the case.

I'd have to be dumb not to mention her eye pix which have won her many posts on EXPLORE and the admiration of many flickrites on the web. I always am glad to see what she's done and it's nice to have pix that show the cuter side of girls. I love the ones of eyes and knee socks, and braids are pretty cool too.
