I am a self taught cake decorator only discovering a flair for the art in January this this after making and designing a princess castle cake for my daughters Birthday. Since then I have made 8 more cakes, just for fun really and see what I can achieve. My sister also caught the bug, and together we have decided to make cake decorating our new careers. Bellacakes was born. We are hoping to get as many practice cakes made and hone our skills before becoming a business in September 2011. Any feedback on my cakes would be greatly appreciated!!
