I love photography because it lets me freeze a little bit of life, take it with me, and continue on in my journey.

Ultimately I feel that photography can actually let me experience more of life which is my core aim. In this way, I am possibly more focussed on the journey, as opposed to the destination.

I aspire to be able to shoot swiftly, decisively, always framing and minimally post-processing (including cropping). I'm not there yet :D

I love black and white because of the focus on tonality rather than colour (though I love a great colour photo!) and, like many others, I list Henri Cartier-Bresson as my primary inspiration.

I live in Perth, but originate from Malaysia.
