I usually try to go out with two cameras:

Canon 90D with the Canon 55–250mm STM lens

Canon Rebel 6Ti with the Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 lens

I also have go-pro on a chest mount I use depending on the event

Other Canon lenses I may use depending on conditions

50mm f/1.8 STM (low light / indoors)

18-135mm STM (when I only want to go out with one camera)

70-200mm L (older version) (low light / indoors)

100-400mm L (older version - push/pull!) (when I want some distance such as anti-mask)
