Remember how you feel when someone cares enough to send you a postcard from some far away adventure? With that postcard you joined their travels, experiences and your world became little richer. As we work closely with chefs to envision and create their culinary masterpieces, we are invited to attend world-class events and catch the action up close. My motivation is to share the highlights of the best global culinary events that I am so fortunate to attend. Pastry Postcards (including savory too) is utilized by instructors, students and world class competitors to expand creative horizons and catch up on global culinary trends.
