Bear has been extremely helpful to me in negotiating the nuances of posting images to different areas of Flickr. He is the first person who has written cogent, easy to understand directions, and for that I am deeply grateful. You can bet he is a superb instruction writer, much as I was during my days responding to promulgated regulations. In my 8 years on Flickr, he is the first person to actually lead me successfully from point A to point Z. Bravo for Bear!
