We are a group of Sussex needlewomen stitching a specially designed tapestry to celebrate the 750th anniversary of the Battle of Lewes in 2014.

Our work is part of a larger community project financed by the Heritage Lottery and supported by Sussex Archaeological Society. We are currently based at Lewes Castle.
