Ambreen is unlike any other photographer I know. Very few people have her innate gift for finding the beautiful - even fewer know how to put it in a frame - and fewer still have the gift of making you feel the story behind it. And off hand, I can think of nobody else who can weave her kind of labyrinthine magic with images and words. She's also one of the few photographers I know who I've met in person, and she's a delight to be around. She's huge heaps of fun, immensely creative, excellent company - and yet, ever so often, she'll fade into the background, listening or not, slipping into her own version of the world and occasionally bringing back pieces of slices here and there, leaving you not in awe but in wonder. I could go on - about her impeccable taste, her rich, deep comments, etc, etc, but those are beside the point. Those are not things that define what she is - they're like little bits of garnish, and are wholly irrelevant to the person beneath. There are very few people who I'm truly friends with on flickr, or in real life, even. I'm glad to say that she's one of them =)

Batedbreath - for a person, and for a photographer of her height - words would definitely be useless to describe how much inspiring she has been. When I started posting regularly on Flickr she was the first Female Bangladeshi Photographer who really amazed me. Her exquisite looks at simple minimalistic things and her ability to create magical bokeh-filled picture never ceases to surprise me. Wandering with Ambreen's stream led me to emphasize on her versatility. I believe that to be a photographer one has to have the ability to see things rather than watch or view. I think it is the innate property of most of her shots- they speak louder than words. One can just stray and then put the coin in the slot- he/she gets the message. & of course, her comments increase adrenaline of a photographer as she makes constructive criticism- which is very helpful for a photographer to augment more creativity in future. Every time she says something about an image, you can bet she's actually taken the time to look at it and form a coherent opinion before writing what she feels in her unmistakably candid and quirky voice.
