I am a keen amateur photographer and live in Wellington, New Zealand. I started taking photos when I was about 10 with a Konica Pop (red) camera. By 17 I had moved to a Minolta SLR, and in 2003 I moved to Digital.

Now I use iPhone 4S, Canon G10 and a Canon 40D for my photography, and am loving it.

Recently I have combined photography with geocaching – finding caches of “treasure”, using a GPS. It’s a great way of using other people’s local knowledge to find places to take photographs!
