Graphic designer, living and working in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Married having two kids who are obviously favorite subjects. Walking and photography are hobbies, and luckilly they combine very well. For the obvious reasons photography is closely related to my work, so it's sometimes used professionally. Photographers that inspire me are a.o. Daniel Koning, Ed van der Elsken, Anton Corbijn, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Jacob Olie. And lots of people here on Flickr.

As I use Flickr not just for showing off the nicest pics but also stuff to share with family and friends, you will find a variety of pictures, from snapshots to holiday pictures and from streetshots to 'art' (for you to decide wether you think it is). But most of the pictures will be street photography as that is my passion.

Currently I use a Canon EOS7D , with a 24-105 f/4 L IS USM mounted as standard (and sometimes a Canon EOS5D from work with a 24-105 f/4). Next to this I use a Canon EF 50mm f/1.4, perfect for portraits and a Canon EF 75-300 f/4-5.6 III IS USM for long distance shots. A 10-22 is on the wishlist as well as a 85mm f/1.2. Win the lottery first I guess. I'm also into analogue photography. For that I use a Leica M3, a Rolleiflex 2,8GX and a Rolleiflex SLX. Mostly Black and White as I like to develop myself, sometimes colour.
