Take photos of Yachting on the Solent.

My other interest in photography is Reenactment mainly WWII but i take photos of anything from Celts to Vietnam

I only crop - Straighten the horizons and adjust the contrast with my photos with lightroom

I have been taking reenactment photos since about 1989.

It started with Jousting and photos for a small acting company some i still see sometimes

From there I was introduced to a Roman unit ( Ermine street guard ) and did photos for them.

Then i was doing photos for a English Civil War unit .

It then snowballed to American Civil War and this got me into multi events supplying English Heritage and other events .

I was then involved in the large multi event at Bovington Tank Museum , which is now only WWII and tanks.

From there I had a lot of WWII reenactment units wanting me to join them so I joined 3 of them.

Now I am invited by event organisers , I dress as a WWII as a Stars and stripes corespondent

As I am now in my 80's I choose the events I want to attend ( for the best photos )

From June until the end of Cowes week I take photos of yachting from The Isle of Wight.

Also take seascapes mainly Devon and Cornwall
