I lived for 30 years in Ipswich and the 'Suffolk' portfolio is therefore pretty comprehensive. A year in Spain followed by a move to St Neots in Cambs has meant fresh photographic challenges await.

Artistic and 'Intimate Landscape' photography is probably my 'thing'. Without exception what you 'see' in each image was really there. Nothing has been added or taken away.

I supply high quality images for a wide range of applications ranging from publishing and web content to large framed artwork and canvases for businesses and homes.

All of these images have been 'resized' for quick uploads and are intended for compositional reference only. All photographs have been taken using a variety of Medium Format and DSLR cameras.

Ever since I've known Barry, (so many years!) his ability to see a image in the most unlikly subject has never failed to amaze, plus his energy levels, getting up on a summer morning at 3.30 to catch the light at 4.30 on a beach somewhere, and then go to work for the day! He's very much a 'go for it ' person. I remember a visit, he said he'd bought a second hand Mamiya twin lens reflex 'wedding' camera. and then proceeded to show me camera, lenses, and set of stunning 24 x 24 inch hand printed Cibachrome prints. After an upgrade, miles of Velvia, a display with The National Trust at Sutton Hoo, and the change to digital imaging, he still continues to produce brilliant and evocative images.
