I'm a retired steelworks crane driver who has lived all my life in South Wales(61yrs so far). Married for 40yrs in June08.

My first SLR was a Zenith EM (hands up all you who remember that one) a great way to learn about aperture and speed settings. But that was 45yrs ago, and i have forgotten most of it now.

I spent 30 years working in a steelworks, so I am used to "negative feedback", although we called it something different in work. :-))
