Hola Stéphane! A raíz de un Taller literario donde visitamos tu galería, escribí este poema y te lo comparto. Saludos cordiales Raquel Fotografía de Barbery Un día, hace bastante tiempo / me corté el pelo igual que esa mujer y como ella busqué un asiento y partí mirando cosas que nadie veía y pensando en ellas / como esta mujer que me deja la imagen de su espalda y esconde la fuerza de sus ojos aprieta la cartera (gris como todo su cuerpo) y dice “somos muchas”.

"Contre jour", contre les regles. This man represents for me the "Zenitude" of photography. A Master whose eye is so pure, that the images possess the full power of the emotions that he allows himself to feel, in the face of the deep tranquility and essential beauty of our world. These are not exercises in style, although they possess a signature that is unmistakeable. They are not technical achievements, although they reek of the craftsmanship that extracted power from the initial image. They are simply art in action. The drawing of a perfect circle, freehand. A modern execution of an ancient style in the place where it was born. I cannot thank Stephane enough for the example he gives of a talent that cannot hide its light, because it is simply above and beyond what others like myself struggle to achieve. I am, however, deeply inspired to invest my spirit also in deepening the emotive power of what I can achieve. We all walk in this astoundingly beautiful place and have His power within us to seek the good and the truthful, for the peace and enlightenment of the other. I am inspired to reach higher.
