I am an attorney whose first real job application was to be a photographer for National Geographic a long time ago. I didn't get the job. I got into photography in high school when a friend asked me to take some photos of him for the year book. We spent the next 8 hours in his darkroom and I was hooked. I have dabbled in photography on and off since high school. I started shooting with an old Canon F1 and moved to a Canon AE-1. In 2008 I bought my first digital camera and I have been shooting regularly ever since. My camera of choice is the Nikon dD4 and the Nikon d3s. I also shoot with film cameras, Nikon F4 and a Mamiya 645.

I really get inspiration from the photos that I see on this site. If you ever comment on my photos please feel free to critique if you so choose. I value all my contacts and will try to comment as often as I can.

I am really into color and composition but find black and white photography to be almost as fascinating.
