Iranian born in Dubai, 1977, finished his BSc and 1st master studies in Iran at Guilan University and Tarbiat Modarres University in the fields of Irrigation and hydro-structure engineering respectively, since Jan 2005 living in the Netherlands. In May 2007 finished his 2nd master studies in energy science and sustainability. His thesis concerns the effect of solar spectrum and weather changes on the energy efficiency of a thin film solar cell.

Since 2007 working for Climate Focus, a climate change consultancy. The task is to mitigate GHG emissions through different environmental friendly measures based in developing and least-developed countries.
