Ima grumpy old man who gets annoyed when little kids with budgets bigger than his manboobs takes better pictures without understanding Av/Tv. (I was 18 when i started thinking like that)

But whining aside, I stride not for great detail nor reality but emotion. Lacking the skills to obtain such a picture outright, I instead use the bold, strong, harsh and the exaggerated to convey my feelings. Usually to devastatingly bad results.
