Baking and caking since "yeah-high" The kitchen was the center of our home and cooking and baking has been the fiber in my family, therefore it was not a surprise when I took cooking classes (was always the top student) and majored in food and nutrition in high school. After high school, I took a turn and did accounting and management. Now being a "ripe 40-something" I have taken my back my artistic roots and just fall inlove again with baking and more than every cake decorating.
