I am an absolute beginner in photography terms. About a year ago I bought my first 'big girls' camera (a Canon EOS 1100D) with the intention of learning to photograph my creations for my food blog, but I am finding that my love of photography is starting to overtake my love of cooking! I am looking at the world with new eyes.

Everyday I am learning so much - and figuring out just how much more there is to learn but due to study commitments have been unable to immerse myself in photography. Well all that is about to change! I finish my degree at the end of November 2013, and will finally have some free time! I'm also considering completing a Diploma of Photography next year (2014).

Advice, constructive criticism and suggestions welcome!
