Back in the 80s, I worked in a photo studio in New York City and also took some photos for magazines like Paper and Metropolis. My favorite work was street photography that I took just wandering the streets of Manhattan and surrounding areas on the weekends.

I now live in Austin Texas and work as a programmer, but I'm getting back into doing photography more seriously. I've done work for JoCo Cruise, which is the most nerdy fun you can have on the ocean for a week, and some commercial projects. I mostly shoot in a photojournalistic style, and my eye is informed by the street photography I used to do in the 80s. I hope you enjoy looking at these photos.
