My name is Francis and I am a Canadian expat living in Taiwan. What was originally a 2 week vacation became a 7 year journey.

I am a self trained chef and I own/operate Le Rouge French-Italian restaurant in Bainciao (Taipei, Taiwan).

The Restaurant opened in 2007 and my flikr page will reflect its story and more.

I am a foodies who became passionate about food 3 years ago. Also 3 years ago I discovered photography. These 2 hobbies are my salt.
