Thank you for all of the views, faves and comments. I read each one. They are very much appreciated. I enjoy the community focus of flickr and find it to be unique that way. I find Facebook a good source of group information on particular topics.

For now, I've decided to live within the 1000 photo limit of free flickr rather than pay for another service. As I close in on flickr's limit, this site will become an archive for me and I will no doubt miss this community but I'll continue to like/fav photos of yours!. I'm posting more to Instagram these days with an emphasis on locations and subjects and it helps me keep things simple. My instagram location is: www.instagram.com/jimstripe/

MODE is being held in my city of Minneapolis and I hope it creates more usage of flickr in the years ahead. Creativity is at the heart of all photographers, I believe.
