Once upon a time I was going to college to learn photography...but that took all the fun out of it for me and I hung up my Canon AE-1 for many years. But earlier this year I bought my first digital SLR and i'm enjoying photography anew. Most of my photos are of my kids playing sports. I'm not saying I have any sort of photographic principles, but generally I take photos without filters or effects. Prefer natural light, but will use a flash. I do use zooms, maybe that's an effect. And generally don't use photoshop unless to remove some red-eye. There it is...my photographic manifesto.
