About Me

Born in 1978, Johor, Malaysia, I'm a product of the National Youth Skill Training Institute, graduating in 1996 before furthering my studies at the Photo Art Institution, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I started my career as a photographer with the now defunct Malay tabloid daily 'WATAN' in 1997 before joining another news daily, 'THE SUN', in 1999, where I continued to work for another 4 years. I then joined Malaysiaís leading English newspaper, 'THE STAR', where I am at present.
