Photography, for me is a release from this sometimes crazy world, and a way of preserving memories.

My name is Alan, and as you can see from my photostream, I like to take pics of anything that catches my eye. I've been taking pictures since I was a kid, but only got serious about photography within the last few years. I've learned a lot in that time, but also realize that I have so much more to learn.
