I started taking photos when I was still in elementary school (a Twin-Lens-Reflex camera, 120 format). I still remember spending countless hours in the dark room with my cousins in HangZhou during the winter and summer breaks. That was lot of fun. In high school, I got my hands on a HaiOu 35mm SLR (Seagull DF, Made in Shanghai), and really impressed by the quality. Now I prefer Canon digital bodies and lenses .

Aside from his obvious talent with a camera, he is also one of Flickr's good guys, always taking the time to encourage me in my efforts to improve as a photographer.
