I'm from Slovakia but I live in USA since 1996 when I came here as an au-pair. I started to collect dolls in summer 2000. My collection started with Barbies then went to MOD Barbie, later added Bratz, Fashion Royalty, Momoko, Susie, Misaki and the latest doll I fell under it's spell is Blythe. I never had Barbie as a kid since Barbies were not available in communistic countries so you can tell I'm catching up on my dollyless childhood LOL...
I have been taking pics of my dolls since 2003 when I got my very first Momoko 03RD. All the pictures uploaded in my Flickr are 100% real, I don't use photoshop or any editing program. I always try to find the most interesting places for background so whenever we go somewhere I have dolls with me and keep scouting for cool locations.

Back then we were collecting Barbies (mostly vintage and mod with some silkies and playline tossed in). It was she who got me into Momoko and then Fashion Royalty and we both fell (hard) into Blythe at the same time! Iveta is one of the most awesome, fun, and generous people I have ever met! She is a phenominal photographer (one day I hope to be as good as her), and she really knows her dolly stuff! It is a joy to be able to hang out with someone that is as passionate about dolls as I am (or, maybe even more passionate than I am)! I am truly honored to call her my friend! ♥ Maggie p.s.
