I view my photography as the practice of visual anthropology. I photograph people, the things they make, and the world around them, in an attempt to show the story of different places and cultures through details.

Some of my favorite subjects include architecture, landscapes, nature, and people at work. I shoot with Pentax DSLRs, and my favorite lenses are my 10-17mm Fish-eye zoom, and my trusty old fixed 50mm f1.4.
