I've been taking photos for a while -- I got my first SLR in 1978 or 1979, a Mamiya ZE. After that I shot with Canon AE-1's from the 1980's to 2008. I dabbled a bit with medium format as well. As a kid I was lucky enough to have my own darkroom and a pretty much unlimited amount of paper, film, and chemistry, courtesy of my dad who was in the business. These days I have a Canon T1i that I'm enjoying thoroughly.

Despite all those years, I still have a lot to learn about photography. ;-)
