For the past half century, the Atlantic Council has been a preeminent, nonpartisan institution devoted to promoting transatlantic cooperation and international security. In the past six years, the Atlantic Council has seen 600 percent growth in size. Harnessing its history of transatlantic leadership, the Council continues to focus on international policy, but our reach has gone far beyond the original transatlantic relationships. We’re expanding our vision to include a broad spectrum of modern global challenges ranging from violent extremism to financial instability to NATO’s future and energy security.
