I've been taking photographs/images since the late 60's and although I've only really been a hobbyist photographer, my images along with my interest have grown over the decades.
I've dipped in and out of this media over the years and have found that by doing so, although not on purpose, my photography has improved to the point now that I feel is the time to take it to another level, to get some recognition for the decades of pressing shutter releases.
When I pick up a camera today, I feel more confident about creating better photographs, that I have improved my ability to see images in a way I haven't been able to before.
I shoot with 2 Nikon D750s, I have a 24/85 + 70=200, lenses, which I find are excellent lenses, and are suitable for street imaging. I know some street photographer bemoan long lenses, that they are to obvious, to bulky, however most people don't know that I'm a street photographer, so they just see someone with a camera pointing towards them, not realising that it's these people I'm interested in.
