Our handmade, thick canvas straitjackets are modeled after the most infamous Posey 8118 friction buckle straitjacket medical restraint. The popular straitjacket was discontinued in March of 2017 with no sign of coming back to commercial production. At AsylumAspire, we work with a talented and well-known supplier of medical restraints in Germany and an overseas producer to stock, customize, and sell high-quality classic medical-grade straitjackets.
