*Master Bedroom Available in AMAZING SUN DRENCHED apt/artist space*

Hi there.

We're looking for a roommate (or two) to take over the master bedroom in our 3 bedroom. Anywhere between now to May 1st move in is fine. The dates are flexible because our roommates who are leaving want to make sure we find good replacements, thus, our taking our time with it.

About the Location:

On broadway between 43 and 44th street. Located super near the RVG and NW lines and Manhattan! Right across the Post office. 1 block from laundromat. Very close to Guitar Center, Old Navy, thrift stores, hookah bars, Panera, vegan and organic restaurants up the street, 3 blocks away from Steinway (movie theater, shopping, sports clubs, cafes, bars, a ton of stores, bath and body works, express, victoria secret, etc), the best Japanese food, markets, and Egyptian restaurants in New York (zagat rated), organic juice bars, and Astoria Park. Located in the best part of Astoria, in a super-safe and a diverse neighborhood with lots of young professionals and creative types.
