Established in 1995, Astech has grown consistently to become one of the UK’s leading automation companies supplying systems to a worldwide blue-chip customer base.

The vision created by Astech’s founders was to establish the company as ‘best in class’ for the design of specialist robotics and automation applications. All of Astech’s design, manufacturing, software development and testing activities are undertaken at our specialist facility in Cheshire, UK, and carried out by our dedicated groups specialising in Laboratory Automation and Industrial Automation. Astech specialise in industries that have exacting quality requirements - examples include: advanced engineering and manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare and chemical.

Astech also offers a comprehensive system support service called REACTS® providing peace of mind for the lifetime of a system.

In recognition for our outstanding achievements Astech was honoured in 2009, with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation.

The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are the UK’s most prestigious awards for business performance and are made on the advice of the Prime Minister after examination of applications by an Advisory Committee.
