I've always had bad luck with cameras.

Even as a kid I was a shutterbug, but I always had cheap cameras. I was a kid! Who wants to get their kid a nice camera and have him lose it or something stupid like that?

When I graduated from high school, I got a nice camera. I was going on a trip to Europe immediately after my birthday so it as going to good use. It was a panoramic, which was all the rage at the time.

And then I lost it.

I made it ALL THE WAY THROUGH EUROPE. But the group had some craziness running around the airport in DC, and my camera got lost in the shuffle. Or stolen, I'm not sure which.

Ten years later, I got a digital camera. I'd say that 90% of the pictures on here are completely unedited. Of the remaining 10%, 8% are just cropped. The remaining 2% are where I try to get fancy with The GIMP.
