Sebastiano Bonomi Pattini is an Italian chef. He was born in 1977 in Armeno a small town of the Piedmont Region, in the north part of Italy.

At the age of 20 he moved to Japan pursuing his fascination for Asian cultures, and thanks to his cooking abilities he could quickly establish himself as Italian Cuisine chef. He currently lives in Hamamatsu in the Shizuoka Prefecture, where he continues the activity in the two restaurants that he owns.

His passion for photography was initially triggered by the documentation-pictures he would take while working on new recipes. And afterword his natural curiosity led him to develop interest in photographing the surrounding environment and to realize how this would be a big chance for him as a westerner living in the Far East.

His passion for photography continues nowadays ranging in several different thematic fields.
