UPDATE: This is a update to what I have written below when I first created this account to honour my new puppy Ashala. Just over two years down the line I have got a new wee puppy whom I've named Tilly after my Mother who recently passed away. This account will now be dedicated to both Ashala and wee Tilly. I hope Tilly will add to t his account and I look forward to uploading solo pictures of her and also with her big sister Ashala. Tilly is a wee rescue pup who was dumped in The Pound when the farmer failed to sell her and her two siblings. She had never been handled or socialized when dumped into The pound at around 5 months old. A animal lover took her and her two siblings out of The dog pound (as the council run dog pound only keeps dogs for around 7 days), she fostered them out to 3 of her friends why trying to find them their forever homes. When the 3 pups seen any humans when they were in the dog pound they would run and hide and only come out when they thought nobody was there. Tilly thrived with her foster mother for just over a week. Amazing really since she hadn't been socialized and was afraid of humans. She was covered with fleas and had licked the fur off the inside of her back legs. As I type this now Tilly has been with us for just over two weeks. I guess she is now 6 months old (don't know her exact birth date) but we have given her one 11th November 2023 (this would be pretty accurate give or take a week). This date has a specific meaning to us 11/11. Tilly has settled in so well and as these early pictures show she is now enjoying her puppy hood, she has been swimming (yes actually swimming) and running along the beach with her big sister Ashala and skimming over the rocks. Both girls are so lucky to have the beach at the bottom of their garden. There are a few wee jealousy issue with both girls but I think this is to be expected. Tilly will be starting her proper training on the 18th of this month when she starts her perfect pet class to learn all the basics and to get more socialization. I will keep you all informed of her progress from my comments under her pictures. Thank you for visiting their account!

This account will be dedicated to my new little border collie puppy Ashala who came home on the 18th February 2022 age 7 weeks 5 days. I only got into photography when I got my previous border collie puppy Asha in 2011 and discovered she was a natural for the camera and would literally stop what she was doing when she seen I had the camera in my hand and wouldn't move away till I had taken the shot. Unfortunately Asha passed away in 2021 but she has left a legacy behind through her pictures with her amazing personality and zest for life which shone through her pictures... Asha's second account - Asha's first account

I got Ashala in memory of Asha, the way I got Asha in memory of her predecessor Sasha who sadly passed away in 2011 leaving us broken hearted. When Asha came into our lives it felt like our beautiful Sasha had come back to us and in my heart it felt that as long as Asha was alive Sasha was alive. I'm hopeful that Asha will live on in Ashala and when I look at her I will see my amazing Asha live again through Ashala. Either way Ashala will be her own person and will be loved and respected for who she is and if she turns out to be a natural poser for the camera like Asha that would be truly wonderful. I just want to capture her personality the way I captured Asha's in photographs and share Ashala's journey from puppy to adult dog with all my dear flickr friends who I hope will come to love Ashala as much as they loved Asha. Thank you for visiting ...
