Lover, friend, reader, writer, moviegoer, bike rider, animal lover, lost... and photographer, which is what I'm best at.

Regarding my photos, there are a few self-impossed rules I follow:

1. I avoid touching anything. I think of myself as a hunter of images, thus I have to shoot every image as it is.

2. I use only available light. I try to keep myself away from flashes —though I do use them when it's inevitable (it should be in less than 2 per cent of my photos).

3. All my photographs have to have at least one point in focus.

4. I don't alter my digital photographs (or the ones taken with film, which is not often now) in the computer anymore that I would in my dark room (when I had it), that is, only a little bit of brightness and contrast, maybe a framing adjustment. But just a little bit. That's it.

All the images you see, even the absolute abstract ones, are photographs, like this one:

My favorite lens is a 100 mm macro, and my cameras (film and digital) are Nikon.

I invite you to check my site: www.artisticphotography.gallery

Thank you and let's go shoot some great pics!

"After my first option - being a cat - my second one for the next reincarnation ; ) - would be a bird. I hope, you will be there to shoot me when launching for the open sky ..." - this comment of me on one of Ary's pics started a vivid exchange between us and still expresses what I feel about her pictures: besides being technically perfect they express a deep esteem for nature and all it's creatures. A sensitive, caring and creative look that never stops marvelling. Contemplating Ary's pics (and texts) leaves a smile on my face for the rest of the day, and the impression of seeing the world through the eyes of an elf.
