I've been working to pay the bills all my life, and just never found the time to work on my art or photography. Lately though, as my eyesight seems to get worse every year, I've been trying to make the time while I still can.

My camera is a cheap Nikon D40. I wanted a 'real' camera all my life and so this was my big splurge a few years ago when we got our infamous stimulus checks. I've never regretted the expense, only that I didn't have enough for something better. :)

Both of my parents are artists and taught me to appreciate beauty in all forms. And now I'm just trying to create a little of my own.
