I've been taking pictures since the age of 16, after receiving Michael Langford's wonderful "Step by step guide to photography" as a birthday present. I got my first digital camera in 2002 - a Fuji S602, and my Nikon D50 in 2005.

I love flickr! Since I had started using it I have come across some incredibly talented people, and my own skills have improved a great deal. It's a daily source of inspiration (and addiction), and yes, it is sometimes also a source of frustration - being in the company of such great talents.
