I found Lori 6 months ago, as a new artist I wanted to make like minded friends, in Lori I found a wonderful person. I may be thousands of miles away from her home, but that hasn't stopped the bond growing between us, she has shown me how to re build my faith in God. She has helped me to grow also in my artistic skill, and all that she has she shares with me, and I am thankful that she chose me to be her friend.

What a privilege it is to call Lori my friend. I always tell her she is the gift that "keeps on giving". Take away all of her talent and you have a person who is beautiful inside and out. She is a wonderful wife and mother. One of the first times I was in her home I remember looking around and having the feeling of being in a absolutely fabulous place. There was love and warmth and creativity and fun. Her love for God is evidenced in everything she is and does and is a part of. She tirelessly gives of herself to her family and her church. She is funny, creative, caring, faithful, loving and generous. I am so honored and blessed she is my friend. Her talent!! Well that also is evidenced in her art. She is so versatile. She goes from one extreme to the other. Her art can be simple or complex. whimsical or profound. Everything she does is wonderful. Her serious paintings are exquisite. I am always in anticipation of her next work. She is so talented. She is my mentor. She has taken as much joy in mentoring me in art as I have received as her pupil. She loves sharing this gift God has given her. God brought Lori into my life. With her came joy, laughter, love and art. Midnight eating and flickr addiction too but oh well we can't all be perfect!!!!
