My goodness, what can I write about the amazing Tina that hasn't already been written? I can say Tina is one of the kindest and most modest people I have ever met and I'm honored to call her my friend. Her awesome photography is just the tip of her talent, which runs very deep. I am extremely lucky to be able to see the world through her eyes and get inspiration from her, both on Flickr and in person. She's one of my favorite people to shoot with and she's always full of encouragement for others. Tina's stream is a true reflection of her personality, warm, fun, creative, eclectic and just full of good stuff.

It is a daily ritual of mine to check out the new images Tina has uploaded from the day before, in hopes of seeing the world thru a truly creative set of eyes. Tina is able to produce more strikingly emotional, beautifully lit, thought-provoking and humor-filled imagery with her Canon point-and-shoot camera than most people with "professional" cameras. It really does go to show that the equipment does not always make the imagery, it is the ARTIST behind the lens. I look forward to the future and to what your Mind's Eye and camera capture. When I think about the last two years on Flickr, I must say that Artsy T is one of my favorite "contacts." She's an incredibly cool soul to meet and her enthusiasm spreads... she makes any moment more fun! I always love going through Tina's photo stream because I know I'm going to see things I've seen before, but never the way T presents them. The familiar surprises are always well done and fascinating. I'll never forget my first safari with Tina and the shock I felt when I realized that she was using a palm-sized point & shoot. With the quality of her work, I figured she must have a bag of gear! My favorite person through high school was my art teacher because of how she opened my mind and made me look at things in a new light. Same rings true in Tina's work... the color, the angles, the choice of detail... always so refreshing and surprising. Thanks for making me take so many second looks!
