Lewiston Council on the Arts brings creative talent and public appreciation together to create an artistic identity for the beautiful and historic Village of Lewiston.

Located in Upstate New York along the shore of the Niagara River, our proximity to Canada encourages the bi-national interchange of artists and performers and contributes to the abundant cultural richness of the Niagara region.

The Mission of the Council is to promote the humanities, the visual and performing arts, and to develop an understanding of various art forms within Lewiston and the surrounding communities for the enjoyment, enrichment and education of residents and visitors of all ages.

Our year-round schedule of events provides tens of thousands of people the opportunity to commune with art and nature.
