I use photography as an excuse to get out, walk around, pay attention to my surroundings. I'm a complete amateur, but I thoroughly enjoy the satisfaction I get from that one good shot out of a hundred mediocre ones.

I'm also fond of trying out cheap, accessible gear, and seeing what gives me the most bang for my buck!
