Daniel Arrhakis or Manuel Arsénio (his real name), is a Portuguese Visual Artist, Essayist and Rovingian Animist (Ecospiritualist), born in Pavia in 1966. The Mystic and Futuristic Surrealism and Spirituality are his main themes of work since 2013,
with stories and characters developed by the author through his pseudonyms: Daniel Arrhakis, Karl Rudhyn and Pethros Thoryan.
With several works published on websites, magazines, articles and online newspapers of politics, religion and art, as well as some exhibitions try to promote Digital Art as valid art, with great contemporaneity, promoters of debates and dialogues between the Past and the Future in a context of promoting cultural, social and spiritual values. Founder of artistic mystic movements like The Prophets Of Ion, Humanistic Mystic Movement.
Creator and founder of the Rovingian Council - Nomad Monks in 2026, an Animist Rovingian Movement, about Animist Spirituality, Spiritual Nomadism , Eco-spirituality, and Spiritual Diplomacy.

Daniel Arrhakis ou Manuel Arsénio (o seu verdadeiro nome), é um artista plástico português, ensaísta e animista rovingiano (ecoespiritualista), nascido em Pavia em 1966. O surrealismo místico e futurista bem como a espiritualidade são os principais temas do seu trabalho desde 2013, com histórias e personagens desenvolvidas pelo autor através dos seus pseudónimos: Daniel Arrhakis, Karl Rudhyn e Pethros Thoryan.
Com diversas obras publicadas em sites, revistas, artigos e jornais online de política, religião e arte, bem como algumas exposições, procura promover a Arte Digital como arte válida e contemporânea, fomentando debates e diálogos entre o Passado e o Futuro num contexto de promoção de valores culturais, sociais e espirituais. Fundador de movimentos artísticos místicos como Os Profetas de Íon e o Movimento Místico Humanista.
Criador e fundador do Conselho Rovingiano - Monges Nómadas em 2026, um Movimento Rovingiano Animista, sobre Espiritualidade Animista, Nomadismo Espiritual, Ecoespiritualidade e Diplomacia Espiritual.
