I really enjoy taking photos. It's a way for me to let my imagination take flight and capture some of the beauty that I think is inherent in the world around us. I also love seeing photos that other people have taken as a window into different parts of the world. Photography is a way for me to bridge science (which is my profession and passion) and art (which I can't live without).
