Images shared by ARM are the whole and complete property of the gallery. Although the ARM Flickr Gallery is an open source of images for use in presentations and other publications, it is our policy to request that external users cite images as "*Image* or *photo* courtesy of the U.S. Department of Energy ARM user facility.” It is not ARM policy to cite specific photographers when using images after they have been accepted into the ARM Flickr Gallery; however, ARM does note who provided the image as a way to recognize their contribution.
