I am a photography noobie! Just took up photography right before Christmas 2008. And "taking up" is a very strong word! I have no training and know nothing, other than getting tips on the internet and reading "Digital Photography for Dummies"! But I am loving every second of it. Even bought my first ever SLR camera by then, but now I am in my [plug-in a number] camera since then! Photography adds a whole different dimension to what we see in the world. Even things that are "ugly" can become beautiful. Sort of like how God sees us. Plus, photography has been a great way to bond with my sister and dad. Would love to do this for a living. But alas, will just have to continue being a lawyer to support my photography/gear addiction.
